How To Order Your Wedding Stationery

We can’t wait to help you create the perfect wedding stationery for your big day! But, we know that ordering your stationery can be overwhelming, so to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible we’ve put together a step-by-step guide on how to order your stationery specifically for our semi-custom suites. Please read this thoroughly before placing your order.

Step 1: Choose your stationery

Browse our selection of beautiful wedding stationery designs and choose the one that best fits your style and wedding theme. We’ve got everything from save the dates, to invitations, to place cards so be sure to have a good look around. 

Step 2: Customise your stationery

Next, select your preferred printing type, card shape and paper colours (please note these customisable options will vary from suite to suite depending on the design). Note our design guide and options above that talk you through all the available options.

Step 3: Upload your wording

Now it’s time to upload the wording you would like for your stationery in the space provided. Not sure quite what to include - we’ve got your back! Check out our stationery wording guides here. 

Step 4: Add to cart

Once you've finalised your order, simply add the total quantity of pieces you need to your cart and proceed to checkout. Remember that for wedding invitations and save the dates, you only need to order one invitation per household, not per person.

Step 5: Checkout

Review your shipping details and process payment to confirm your order. We also offer local delivery options for the upper north shore of Sydney.

Step 6: Artwork review

Within 3 business days, our team will create a digital proof of your invitation suite and email it to you for review and approval. This is your chance to make any final changes or tweaks to the wording.

Step 7: Production & shipping

Once we have received approval, we will begin production of your stationery. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. You'll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
